At 11:00 am was held the meeting of the Technical Secretariat and at 14:00 pm the meeting of the Special Commission of the Treatment of Plots in the Cascade of Drin where were taken the following decisions: 1) The available aggregates f HEC Fierze shall be maximally loaded and at the same time discharges shall be carried out by the gates of this HEC through the opening of the tunnel T4, in order to reduce the level of the lake of Fierze; 2) The exploitation of HEC Koman to be administered aiming to maintain the level of the lake of Koman in allowed quotas; 3) The total discharges in HEC Vau Dejes shall be allowed not more than the natural flow in the Cascade of the river Drin. 

From the operational information obtained by the hydrotechnic staff of KESH and data and information made available by the General Directorate of Civil Emergences, results that the rivers Kir and Gjader have significantly reduced the volume of flows compared with those of the previous day. As a result of this but also in combination with the lowering of temperatures is ascertained the reduction of water level at the riverbed of Buna and the reduction of natural flows in the Cascade of Drin. The natural flows in the Cascade at 14:00 result to be about 2050 m2/sec from 2900 m3/sec of the previous day. The total discharges from HEC Vau Dejes are following at the same rate of the last 72 hours and are in total not more than 1750 m3/sec, so significantly under the volume of natural flows.  

Actually, the daily production of electricity is about 19,500 MWh. From the subsequent day onwards, the production shall increase at about 24,000 MWh. The actual energetic reserve of the country has reached the value of 1180 GWh.
