Based on the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the implementation of the Corporate Governance Action Plan (CGAP) provided to KESH sh.a, a workshop with the topic of “Corporate Strategy” was held on 12 -13 December 2017. This is a technical assistance provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development through a consultancy company contracted by them to provide technical assistance regarding the construction and implementation of the Corporate Strategy. The goal of this workshop is to include KESH management staff (including the supervisory board) in the process of drafting the strategy. This is the first phase of this training which is to be followed by other sessions until a complete document is drafted. The final session will include the approval of this document by the decision-making bodies (the Supervisory Council and the Owner).
