Developments in the power sector as provided Law no. 43/2015 “On Power Sector” highlight the need for organization and functional transformation of the company, in order to address with due effectiveness the challenges expected within the institutional and commercial environment where the company operates.
The company has anticipated developments, provided under the legal and regulatory framework, with structural changes, relieving the organizational structure from structures for functions that in the context of legal consideration, cost effectiveness or public utility, should not be any longer discharged by KESH sh.a. or by units out of the current scope of KESH activity.
