Due to the accomplishment of legal measurements based on law for “Health and Safety in your working area” No. 10237, dated on 18.02.2010, article 8 and based on Labour Law Nr. 7961, dated on 12.07.1995, amended, article 75 regarding “The First Aid” the department of Human Resources, Career Evaluation Unit of KESH sh.a in collaboration with Albanian Red Cross, organised a training for the employees of Production Units of KESH sh.a.. 

The First Aid training of the employees has been provided by trained instructors of Albanian Red Cross in Vau Dejes HPP premises during 15 and 16 February 2019, with the participation of the Production Units of both Vau Dejes and Komani HPP`s. The training of Fierza Production Unit has been organised on 20 and 21 February 2018 in the premises of Fierza HPP.
This training has been focused on main principles of First Aid consisting on;

– The stress control during an emergency situation
– First Aid.
– Social and Psychological Support.
– How to avoid the infection.
– Emotional reaction after the first aid.

Albanian Red Cross representatives have issued certificates to all trained participants.
